No. as I said, I'm leaving if nobody is willing to improve other than myself and one other. It doesn't work that way. I can try and improve matters, and improve the group, but with no effort or willingness to follow the rules there can't be any improvement.

Rather than waste time on a group who doesn't want to try, those who want to do something about this city and the ones who mean to hurt anyone can get out there and do that.

I haven't come to a decision yet, and I'm still speaking to officers and people who want to become them before I do.
