First of all, I'd like to state that, in regards to what happened in the prison cells the other night, I can act as witness. I didn't see much, but I certainly heard something.

What do you suppose would be the general opinion, if the boy cooperates, on sentencing that's a bit more gears toward reform? Do you think Cecil's capable of a turn around?
