Yuca Collabell, also known here as "Cecil", has been arrested for the murders of:

With all due respect, sir, asking the police to handle the trial is begging unfairness. Our own are amongst the dead.

Well, no harm in making sure...

I know a few of the details, but if someone can bring me up to speed, then I can organise the lawyers for his trial. Two trials... hopefully this will help restore people's faith in us.
