"You know, it's weird... even knowing what's going to happen, I feel better fighting beside you like this, Viki."

"It really is nice fighting alongside you again, even if...well, what's going to happen, Tir?"

"Well, I'm going to turn myself in, for one.... And you know what? I don't really feel a lot of problem with that. Like a great weight lifted off my shoulders. It's odd."

"But...I'm not mad at you at all, Tir..."

"...We should get out of here. I can't delay the inevitable any further."

"I really wish I could help a bit more with the fighting. Hey, Tir. Can I come visit you?"

"Um... I don't see why not. I guess it will be up to Sir Redfield."

"How long will you be in prison, Tir?"

"...I don't know"

"I'm...going to miss you. I'll have to find a new place to stay until you're out, but I'll wait, okay?"

"What, you don't plan on staying with Kazuki and Maora?"

"I'd rather stay with you, Tir!"

"And I'd rather you stay with them for now."

"I don't really know them as well as you..."

"But I do know Kazuki. And I want you to stay with him."

"Hey, Tir...do you think I'm strong enough to live on my own?"

"Well... Probably. But I'd still worry. I'd worry less if you were with Kazuki."

"There are a lot of monsters in here...at this rate, I'm going to forget how to use my rune again...Oh, w-wait! Maybe I can stay with one of my friends, Tir."

"You know, maybe we should worry about this AFTER we're out of the hospital."

"Right! That makes sense. Oh, be careful!"

-There's an inhuman shriek as another group of nurses attack Tir and Viki. Obviously the pair has been brought back!-

The lack of discipline and unwillingness to follow our own rules is ridiculous. If nobody is willing to take on the responsibilities they're supposed to, and burdening one or two, then I'll do the same job without a label and answer to myself.

If this police force doesn't show any improvement, I just won't anymore. The city is what's important, not the status.

I was told nobody was making sure that Cecil was eating.

I've promised to do my best and more to make up for the mistake and lack of action that keeps this police force looking the way that it does in everyone's eyes.

I'm not "just quitting". Everyone else did. As hard as I've tried to, I can't do that much on my own. If the rest of them don't show that they're still a part of this, then what police force is there?

Because nobody else would. You took matters into your own hands and made the entire police force look bad. The girl I spoke to generalized us- as a group we're all failures because of one person's failure. We need to stay organized and follow our own laws and you couldn't do that.

If you mean that girl named "Kaye", she's an idiot. I know that's rude to say, but nothing from what I've spoken to her leads me to believe she has any sense. She's just another person who bought in to his cult of personality.

And you made a choice to to keep me as part of the group people were damning for my sins. You could have just as easily said the moment I took matters into my own hands, I stopped being a part of the force. That's what you SHOULD have said. You should have admonished me publicly. You should have told them I was a monster. Because that was the truth, wasn't it?
