I'm not going to sit about and wait. What we need right now is a strategy. That's, what, three men? Four? Only two of them have abilities of any kind.

I need volunteers. Depending on what skills we can gather, we can form a proper offense and bring these monsters to justice. I have a few idea, but I NEED help with them.

As you saw, there are members of the force other than me (and volunteers) that are working on this, and there will be more to come.

We can't form separate groups and then go to it- we have to work together. If we're forming multiple groups, maybe we should figure out how to split them. Offensive, defensive, support, etc.

What other ideas do you have in mind?

My name is Tir. I joined at the request of Sir Kiske.

I want to get people who aren't in the police force involved. It's obvious it will take far more than what we have alone.

Multiple units is a must. We need infantry and ranged, if possible.

I have a few volunteers involved. If you can, try and get the attention of those without chips- we're gonna need more of that type of support.

It'll be hard to make what we have stretch that far. Many times people in the city don't want to get involved- they just want to comment. Some of the police might not even make it into this..

And there lies the problem. It's the very thing that's allowed them to go so far. So long as people refuse to stand up and fight, or hide things, or ANYTHING that keeps us from doing what is needed.

I'll try to find as many volunteers as I can.
