-The feed is very much intentional, Tir positioning the camera of his communicator as he makes an address. There are two things anyone would notice about him right now. The first is that he is wearing this gorgeous outfit, along with a new noticeably red earing The outfit obviously does a good job of hiding his arms. The second thing one would notice is that he is no longer in his cell. In fact, he's standing just outside the Police Station, on the steps that lead up to it. He is right beside the lion statue.

He clears his throat, puts on a smile, and begins to speak-

I have a few announcements to make, as well as a request.

First of all, I have been released from my sentence, Minato and Saber feeling I have spent enough time in prison, and in light of Cecil and myself making peace.

I am also rejoining the Police Force as of today. That being said, I am lead to my request...

I would like a prosthetic, preferably a mobile one. You see, I had my right hand removed shortly after my sentence was decided. Now that I am returning to duty, I would like to restore some of my previous ability through use of an artificial hand.

Kazuki, Viki, Maora? ...I'm coming home.

POLICE FORCE AND ANY ABLE VOLUNTEERS, LISTEN UP!

I have a plan. If we intend to live through this, I suggest you all listen.

I need pact made units at the East, West, and Northern points of town, as well as a unit at the Clinic. Our job is going to be ensuring a path is cleared for any injured and/or non combatants. Just because everyone is being forced to fight doesn't mean everyone can, so it's our job to insure these people are safe.

Sir Yamcha and I will head up the South Unit, heading directly through the larger concentration up towards the High School. From there we will create a command point as well as a guard against floods from the South.

Got that? Alright, here's the next part.

I need units for EACH RESIDENTIAL AREA. That INCLUDES Gohl. They will act as defense as well as an initial escort for injured and/or non combatants. It's the best way we can ensure people make it to the clinic and high school safely.

The enemy doesn't have a particular origin point, but I DO suspect they have a commander. And I intend to find that person. Any information that can be provided to this effect is needed, as once his identity is found out, I'll take my unit as well as two others to apprehend this person and put an end to this nonsense.

-Tir is of course not aware that while he was running, his communicator turned on while in his pocket. The sounds are muffled, but a good ear can clearly make out the last parts of Tir and Kazuki's conversation...

There is an excrutiatingly long pause. And the last thing heard before the communicator times out is a loud, broken scream. It isn't of sadness, or even of rage. It simply just... is.-

[[ ooc: Kazuki is now deaded, folks. Tir was just outside the clinic when this happened, so anyone there was likely able to hear the scream in person. The conversation, mind you, was in Japanese. ]]

...Alright Minato...here goes...I have something to fight for here.

Discedo...

How long do we intend to live in fear of those who strike from the shadows? How long do we intend to let these fiends go on with their vicious acts? Are we content to remain on the ground beneath their boot?

...Or will we stand.

It's time to rise against, Discedo. The law is on our side now, and I have a strategy that will finally bring these men to justice. I know Minato feels the same way...even if we're doing this differently. If either of us succeed, it will be for the best. But I have faith in the people here...

I have a reason to fight. The smiling faces of the citizens here...it has inspired me to do this. To lead the stars here across the heavens to victory!

Any man, woman, youth, or elder may join me. Your strengths will unite you. And under my command, I promise...In the coming year, we will have peace from these evils!

Who will stand with me?

I'm not going to sit about and wait. What we need right now is a strategy. That's, what, three men? Four? Only two of them have abilities of any kind.

I need volunteers. Depending on what skills we can gather, we can form a proper offense and bring these monsters to justice. I have a few idea, but I NEED help with them.

I can't....I can't help but be reminded of it all...those who fought and died so that others might see and be inspired...to rise against those who oppress...

I don't really...know anyone involved. I mean, I know some of them, but I'm not close to any of them, and...well...

"People need heroes" was what she told me back then. Maybe...just maybe that guy was a hero.
