I'm not going to sit about and wait. What we need right now is a strategy. That's, what, three men? Four? Only two of them have abilities of any kind.

I need volunteers. Depending on what skills we can gather, we can form a proper offense and bring these monsters to justice. I have a few idea, but I NEED help with them.

That is why I urged patience. Action will have to be taken soon, but it must me a measured, overwhelming force that does not permit them to strike back. They must be crippled in a single blow, and not be permitted to retreat. The one called Sakurazuka will be especially problematic in this; he will be the most likely to make an attempt at escape.

Finally, I fear that each will have to be killed so that their chips can be re-implanted. I do not doubt a number on our side will be killed as well, and everyone involved must be prepared and willing to face that fact.

I...I'm aware that we have those risks. I know war well enough. Your words speak what I have thought on myself...it is a matter of gathering those willing now.

The other thing too is this: are you prepared to send men to their deaths? I know it is a somewhat transient thing here, but in spite of that, it does effect a person. Moreover, we do not have the guarantee of return that some seem to believe we have.

Regardless, it is something that you must be willing to do, as hideous as that realisation is.

So then, understanding the burdens of leadership, what do your instincts tell you of this battlefield, your adversaries, and your men?

My instincts that these two aren't completely chaotic...they can be broken into a panic. That may be our only hope...forcing them to make a mistake.

How do you believe this can be accomplished?

First, I need as much intelligence as I can muster on what they are both capable of. Seishirou was simple enough to analyze, as those witnesses are still alive.

Dio, however, has been entirely disingenuous in regards to his abilities. What reports we do have are inaccurate. As soon as I analyze their abilities matched against those who volunteer, I believe I will be able to formulate a pincer.

What CAN be said is that they respond to challenges. They're both disgustingly arrogant and like to prove they are better. This is the first weakness I will exploit.

Those are solid observations and responses. I had hoped to draw attention to the gathering of intelligence, hence my warning not to act in haste.

And yes, their arrogance can most certainly be their undoing. It may even be possible to cripple them without battle, this being the case.

I need the skills of other strategists...will you help me, Lady Saber?
