I'm not going to sit about and wait. What we need right now is a strategy. That's, what, three men? Four? Only two of them have abilities of any kind.

I need volunteers. Depending on what skills we can gather, we can form a proper offense and bring these monsters to justice. I have a few idea, but I NEED help with them.

There's a group forming already to resolve the problem from what Minato is gathering.

This is a supplement to Minato...his team will make the arrest, we just have to make sure the enemy is able to be arrested at all.
