-The feed is very much intentional, Tir positioning the camera of his communicator as he makes an address. There are two things anyone would notice about him right now. The first is that he is wearing this gorgeous outfit, along with a new noticeably red earing The outfit obviously does a good job of hiding his arms. The second thing one would notice is that he is no longer in his cell. In fact, he's standing just outside the Police Station, on the steps that lead up to it. He is right beside the lion statue.

He clears his throat, puts on a smile, and begins to speak-

I have a few announcements to make, as well as a request.

First of all, I have been released from my sentence, Minato and Saber feeling I have spent enough time in prison, and in light of Cecil and myself making peace.

I am also rejoining the Police Force as of today. That being said, I am lead to my request...

I would like a prosthetic, preferably a mobile one. You see, I had my right hand removed shortly after my sentence was decided. Now that I am returning to duty, I would like to restore some of my previous ability through use of an artificial hand.

Kazuki, Viki, Maora? ...I'm coming home.

I don't see what that has to do with this situation.

To be perfectly honest, I never agreed to allow you back onto this police force, nor was I consulted. I would have at least expected you to not ask or accept such an offer, considering the circumstances. You know I would have never made this sort of decision.

Our friendship may be healing, but I still don't trust you, Tir.

Do you feel like you deserve to be back on this police force after what you did?

Unfortunately forgiving one another seems to be the only thing we can expect in a place with no real laws or punishments, so we may need to base releases around such things, but the police force has to be strict about who we accept now. The things I expect and the questions I ask now are all based around what you did, but now you've been allowed back.

If you mess up again, you're not getting off easy- I won't do you anymore favours.
