-The feed is very much intentional, Tir positioning the camera of his communicator as he makes an address. There are two things anyone would notice about him right now. The first is that he is wearing this gorgeous outfit, along with a new noticeably red earing The outfit obviously does a good job of hiding his arms. The second thing one would notice is that he is no longer in his cell. In fact, he's standing just outside the Police Station, on the steps that lead up to it. He is right beside the lion statue.

He clears his throat, puts on a smile, and begins to speak-

I have a few announcements to make, as well as a request.

First of all, I have been released from my sentence, Minato and Saber feeling I have spent enough time in prison, and in light of Cecil and myself making peace.

I am also rejoining the Police Force as of today. That being said, I am lead to my request...

I would like a prosthetic, preferably a mobile one. You see, I had my right hand removed shortly after my sentence was decided. Now that I am returning to duty, I would like to restore some of my previous ability through use of an artificial hand.

Well... I met this girl, Noa, and she said someone wanted her to play a game to find some people. What she told me was the reward for winning was acid. From what I know, that's a drug where I'm from, that makes you see things.

...yyyyeah, that should probably be reported. Especially with children around.

Well... I don't want Noa to get in trouble. It's not really her fault. She seems kind of... innocent.
