-The feed is very much intentional, Tir positioning the camera of his communicator as he makes an address. There are two things anyone would notice about him right now. The first is that he is wearing this gorgeous outfit, along with a new noticeably red earing The outfit obviously does a good job of hiding his arms. The second thing one would notice is that he is no longer in his cell. In fact, he's standing just outside the Police Station, on the steps that lead up to it. He is right beside the lion statue.

He clears his throat, puts on a smile, and begins to speak-

I have a few announcements to make, as well as a request.

First of all, I have been released from my sentence, Minato and Saber feeling I have spent enough time in prison, and in light of Cecil and myself making peace.

I am also rejoining the Police Force as of today. That being said, I am lead to my request...

I would like a prosthetic, preferably a mobile one. You see, I had my right hand removed shortly after my sentence was decided. Now that I am returning to duty, I would like to restore some of my previous ability through use of an artificial hand.

Kazuki, Viki, Maora? ...I'm coming home.

You say our runes don't work with that chip. I wonder if I should try going without my rune for a while

After the victory banquet, I went to meet Jowy where we'd promised. I guess he still wanted to fight but I didn't. After a while, he just looked exhausted, then Lady Lekknaat showed up and moved the Black Sword from him over to me.
